Die Cart
Customer: Arvin Meritor (Sango), Madison, Indiana
Cart Description: This cart runs on railing embedded in the
floor carrying die that will be loaded into stamping press. 1. Features
include pivot arms to bridge from cart to press. 2. Walk through for
pushing or pulling tool. 3. Large roller wheels to easily push and pull
the tool.

Muffler
Shell Curl Machine
Customer: Arvin Meritor, Brazil
Part Name: Muffler
Machine Description: This machine was built to curl
each end of a muffler used on an automobile. Operator loads muffler end
caps and a pre-assembled muffler shell. Top ram comes down on top of
assembly. Machine spins the assembly as two sets of curl rolls move in to
curl the end caps and muffler shell together. This will give you a
completed assembly.
Special features of this machine are:
1. Three variable speeds for different types muffler material.
2. Accept up to 12" diameter x 36" long muffler shell.
3. Quick change tooling wide range of part sizes. |

Indexing
Assembly Machine
Customer: A.M. General, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Part Name: Pulley
Machine Description: Customer wanted this machine to
press two parts together. Operator would hand load three individual parts
in common station. Table index's to first station that would press all
three parts together. Table would index to second station to stake parts.
The table would index to unload station to pickup part assembly and unload
down part chute into tote box.

Clip
Assembly Machine
Customer: Aisin USA, Seymour, Indiana
Part Name: Door Molding
Machine Description: This machine inserts (5) plastic clips into
rubber door mold. Plastic parts are dumped into vibrating bowl located in
rear of machine. Operator would nest rubber door mold part. Plastic
inserts ramp out of bowl feeder, across on conveyor belt. At each location
of clip location cylinder will push out clip off conveyor down chute and
into door molding. Vertical cylinder will push clip into door molding.
Final assembled part is auto ejected into parts nest for manual unload.
